Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader services.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and delivering a seamless end-to-end experience. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, help clients navigate life events, and

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
Comfort with onsite TurboTax office hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Act as a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth through outreach and events.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
Collaborate with specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.
