Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks an on-site TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will work with a team of specialists to cover business and personal tax needs, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients in the community. You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and leverage marketing tools to grow the TurboTax presence while addressing tax planning and advisory opportunities across the Intuit

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
