Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking empowered TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end support, from personal filings to business considerations, while fostering local client relationships. You’ll engage in community outreach to grow the client base, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with personalized guidance.
• Maintain professional service standards and use Intuit tools for a seamless engagement.
