Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will lead full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and coordinate with experts across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep of 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships as the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service and a seamless client journey.
