Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at our local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

As a trusted community advisor, you’ll grow your local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and collaborate with a network of tax professionals and marketing support to help customers achieve financial prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years' paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite TurboTax office presence required; 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystems such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax-related questions.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
