Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from discovery to filing, while expanding the customer base through community outreach and marketing support.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the wider Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and financial planning

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via video tools.
