Intuit, Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will manage in-person and virtual client meetings, delivering end-to-end solutions with the support of a cross-functional team of specialists. The role emphasizes community outreach and long-term client relationships, leveraging Intuit marketing tools to expand the local client base while delivering accurate, personalized tax

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types such as bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
