Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and act as a local ambassador, serving in-person and virtual clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, grow the local client base, and connect clients with additional Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll. Onsite presence and training are required, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to advertising using your name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and guide clients year-round.
