Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients as part of a collaborative team.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and a strong pay-for-performance compensation package.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and uniforms; may appear in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish an advantage; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Guide clients through complex personal and business tax situations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach and community events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
