Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory professionals to ensure comprehensive financial support.

You’ll build a local client base, participate in community events, and contribute to a seamless customer experience across in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours/week; training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
