This role emphasizes hands-on customer engagement, personal connections, and community presence, with flexible hours and opportunities across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with specialists.
