Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be photographed for advertising.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Serve as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address needs.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
