Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end client service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the local community.
