Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services as needed.
• Build relationships and turn one-time clients into long-term clients through trust and value.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
