Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and help clients navigate complex financial situations, ranging from personal filings to business income and deductions. You will also grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation for 30+ returns per season using professional software.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Build trust with clients to turn one-time engagements into ongoing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via Intuit video tools.
