Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, performing full-service tax return preparation and tax advisory while engaging with the local community.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions. This role emphasizes client relationships, education, and proactive local growth efforts.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, mainly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth by outreach, community events, referrals, and partnerships to build a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in person or via video tools.
