Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, give expert tax advice, and coordinate with a team to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes client-first service, accuracy, and cross‑selling related services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for integrated service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear, actionable tax guidance.
