Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve clients in person and virtually, handling simple to complex tax scenarios and linking them with a broader team of specialists for a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll build local client relationships, expand TurboTax services in the community, and support the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships with community programs.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
