Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business scenarios, collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow client base and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
