Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and customer advisory in a local TurboTax office. You will engage with clients, deliver tax preparation and planning, and drive local growth through outreach and community partnerships.

Role emphasizes in-person service, onboarding training, and representing Intuit in the local market, with a focus on building a loyal customer base and cross-selling Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning advice.
• Build local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide to connect clients with Intuit solutions and services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
