As a trusted guide, you will help customers navigate tax complexities, foster loyalty, and create an exceptional customer experience, while leveraging TurboTax resources to engage with the community effectively.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services.
• Build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships.
