Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and complete preparation for clients in a local TurboTax office. You will identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds while actively building a new client base through grassroots outreach and events.

You will be the local face of TurboTax, collaborating with teams to connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, all while delivering exceptional service to

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years’ experience filing 30+ 1040 returns per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise—complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Lead local outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
