Job summary

Intuit seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services to clients in our local TurboTax offices. You will drive community engagement, growth, and local branding while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients understand tax options, uncover deductions, and plan for future needs, with opportunities to cross-sell Intuit solutions and participate in community events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax.
• Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops, community pop-ups, and networking gatherings.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
