Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients while building a local client base through outreach and community partnerships.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through tax planning and coordinate with Intuit resources to offer comprehensive solutions, including bookkeeping or payroll services where appropriate, while delivering an outstanding

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and provide tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and partnerships.
• Lead local events and engage with the community to boost brand awareness.
