Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Engage with the local community as a trusted ambassador and drive local growth through targeted outreach and partnerships.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Communicate clearly and help clients achieve financial goals and future planning.
