Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering personalized tax preparation and advisory services.

You will engage with clients to understand their full financial picture and connect them with accountants, payroll, and planning resources within the Intuit ecosystem. This role emphasizes local community growth, client retention, and a high standard of customer service, with training and uniform requirements.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Complete all training and development as required; uniforms may be provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist in discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Be the local community ambassador, building and growing a local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and interactions, on-site and virtually.
