Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax prep, expert advice, and personalized client support at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and build local client relationships.

You will engage with community outreach, grow the local client base, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. This role requires onsite presence and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+ per season) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–5:00 local time.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence; content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including personal and business income.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Organize community workshops and networking events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma offerings.
• Ensure end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Build trust and nurture long-term client relationships.
