Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, offer personalized tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to support clients’ complete financial pictures.

You will engage with community members, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships, while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools to grow a local business and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Willingness to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence and creating tax content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; maintain client relationships for year-round support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
