Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a collaborative team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparations, and guide clients through simple to complex scenarios while building local relationships and driving community growth. You will work onsite, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning

Qualifications

EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week minimum.
Must be willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and build relationships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
Build long-term relationships by turning transactions into ongoing engagements.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist with tax-related inquiries.
