Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will act as a community ambassador, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, including business tax advisory, bookkeeping, and payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.
