Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services, serving in-person and virtual clients at a TurboTax location. You will build a local client base, guide customers through tax decisions, and collaborate with a network of specialists to provide end-to-end solutions.

This nonexempt, onsite role focuses on creating trust, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and expanding Intuit’s presence in the local community through outreach

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local, Mon–Fri, min 20 h/wk
• Willing to complete training and development as required
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients to Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools
• Maintain on-site presence and meet hours, contributing to local market growth
