Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and business clients, including deductions optimization and amendments.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base, organize events, and promote Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Onsite presence required 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
