Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax advice, preparation, and software support for personal and business returns. You’ll collaborate with a team to tailor solutions and maximize refunds.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base through events, referrals, and community partnerships, connecting clients to Intuit’s ecosystem and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Identify deductions and optimize taxes through client reviews and planning.
• Coordinate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
