Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

The role blends tax advisory with local community engagement to grow a client base and promote the full Intuit ecosystem. You will work onsite with a team of financial experts, assisting both in-person and virtual clients, and leveraging TurboTax software and marketing tools to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and ongoing client

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN to file taxes is required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with accurate tax solutions and future planning tips.
