Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice onsite. You will work with clients to maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and plan for future needs within a collaborative team.

You’ll grow the local customer base, build Trust in the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in personal and business tax preparation.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location with defined hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain client relationships.
