Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory services. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and grow the local client base.

Responsibilities include providing hands-on tax advice, facilitating meetings, and building long-term relationships while leveraging marketing and software tools to support customer prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Develop lasting relationships and offer year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
