Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering tax advice, preparation, and software support.

You will provide hands-on assistance for a range of tax scenarios and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to ensure an end-to-end client experience. You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office location during typical hours (e.g., 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communication.
