Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work directly with clients, manage complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support and growth.

Qualifications

Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Must have PTIN to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax in the community.
Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to serve clients comprehensively.
