Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual customers, building long-term client relationships within the local community.

You’ll collaborate with a broader team of specialists to offer comprehensive services from tax planning to bookkeeping and advisory support, driving local growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns with tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into tax services beyond filing with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax clientele.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
