Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted guide, handling diverse tax scenarios and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in collaboration with a team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience with 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex filings.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the wider Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
