Intuit seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

This onsite position emphasizes personalized client care and community engagement to grow the local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.
• Maintain a professional, high-quality service standard in person and via Intuit tools.
