Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and drive loyalty while using TurboTax tools to optimize tax outcomes and expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
