Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and help clients maximize refunds while guiding them through a broader range of Intuit services.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and build brand awareness.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
