You'll provide hands-on tax expertise, in-person and virtual support, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while collaborating with specialists across Intuit. You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and participate in community events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN in good standing and knowledge of tax law.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
