Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists.

As a local ambassador, you’ll drive community engagement, grow the client base, and partner with marketing tools to build lasting relationships and revenue opportunities for your practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.
• Ability to provide clear tax guidance in everyday language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and community outreach ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review personal and small business tax returns.
• Provide tax advice and software support to TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with experts in bookkeeping, payroll and planning as needed.
