Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a collaborative team, serve in-person and virtual clients, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience. You will build relationships in the local community, drive client growth, and use TurboTax tools to provide accurate tax

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; advertising use of name/picture.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
