Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, build long-term relationships, and represent Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base and relationships through outreach and community activities.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
