Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with a broader team for comprehensive financial services.

This role emphasizes growing the local client base, delivering end-to-end TurboTax service, and helping clients with personal and business tax needs in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
