Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns, while connecting clients to a broader team for end-to-end solutions.

You will build local relationships, drive client growth, and support community engagement with TurboTax marketing tools, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Engage in local community outreach to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
