Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and act as the local face of TurboTax within the community.

You will work onsite, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a complete Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Comfort with required training and wearing uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with simple to complex tax scenarios and planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Represent TurboTax in local and marketing activities.
